At Openheart Trust, our vision is to create an inclusive and compassionate society where every individual—regardless of background or circumstance—has access to dignity, opportunity, and care. We aim to extend our reach to those most often forgotten, ensuring that hope, education, and empowerment touch every corner of our communities.

OUR MISSION

Openheart Social Organisation & Charitable Trust works to uphold the rights and self-reliance of elderly citizens, widows, orphans, and the differently-abled. We support self-help groups and people battling Leprosy, TB, Malaria, Cancer, and HIV/AIDS through medical aid and awareness programs. We also provide cyclone rehabilitation shelters in urban slums, offering relief, safety, and long-term community support.

ACTIVITIES

We empower individuals at the grassroots through training, education, and livelihood programs. Young volunteers are trained in community organisation and social care, forming networks of support in their localities. Rural women receive skill training in toy making, handicrafts, and small-scale enterprises, promoting self-reliance. We also assist persons with disabilities, provide medical support to leprosy patients, and extend care to senior citizens and slum dwellers, helping those lead dignified, independent lives.
